Panny & Mody provides a 30-day return window from the day of delivery for unopened or defective products. For sanitary reason, returns are not available for our teething products unless they are defective. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you will be eligible for a full refund only if the item is unopened or defective. If the returned item has been opened and used, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. If you have simply changed your mind, you may return the items for a refund, and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for return shipping fee if you have changed your mind.
